JE Education Desk: The admissions webpage for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) has just been launched by the Indian Institute of Science in Bengaluru. The application process is anticipated to start on August 24 for admission to undergraduate and both UG and postgraduate (PG) level topics in arts, commerce, and science courses offered by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and IISc, according to the GATE 2024 notification. There is no age limit for GATE 2024.

The institute will soon publish the GATE exam date for 2024. There will be 82 different paper combinations and 30 different subject papers administered in computer-based test (CBT) mode during the exam. There will be 219 test locations across the nation where the exam will be given. September 19, 2023, is the deadline for GATE 2024 exam applications.

The GATE 2024 question bank will only contain objective-type questions and will be divided into two sections: general aptitude (GA) and the candidate's chosen subject. There will be some multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in the question pattern, and the other questions could be of the multiple-selection or numerical answer type (NAT) variety.

GATE 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who hold a master's degree in any relevant scientific discipline or an engineering or technology-related bachelor's degree. Final-year students may also apply to sit for the GATE 2024 exam. To be eligible for this registration, applicants from countries other than India must have completed or be close to completing a degree in engineering, technology, science, the arts, or business. Indian and international applicants might both take the GATE 2024 exam.
