GATE 2024: The registration portal of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 is likely to start tomorrow, August 30. Applying for the exam is possible at the official website of Gate 2024 at gate2024.iisc.ac.in. This information was provided on the exam website by the organizing institution, Indian Institute of Science Bangalore.

These tests must be recognized as being equal to BE, BTech, BArch, BPlanning, etc. by MoE/AICTE/UGC/UPSC.

Exam dates are February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2023, and admission cards will be made available on January 3.

GATE 2024: Eligible Criteria

Candidates who are enrolled in any undergraduate programme in their third or later year or who hold a degree in engineering, technology, science, architecture, or the humanities are eligible to apply for GATE 2024.

Candidates who received or are pursuing their qualifying degree outside of India must be in their third or higher year of study or have a degree in engineering, technology, science, architecture, or the humanities that is at least three years long.

GATE 2024: Application Fees

The GATE 2024 application fee for female students in the SC, ST, and PwD categories is Rs 900, while the late fee is Rs 1,400. For all other applicants, there is a Rs 1,800 application fee and an additional Rs 2,300 late cost.

GATE 2024 Registration: How to fill out the application form

To complete the GATE application form 2024, simply follow the steps provided below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of GATE 2024 at gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the GATE 2024 application form, on the homepage.

Step 3: Candidates can complete the registration by entering their name, email id, mobile number, country residing, and password.

Step 4: Once the login credentials are generated, fill out the GATE application form by providing personal details, address, and education qualification.

Step 5: After this, upload all the necessary documents in the specified format.

Step 6: Before submitting the application form, review it carefully.

Step 7: Pay the GATE application fees using the net banking/debit card/credit card.

Step 8: Download and take a printout of the application form for further reference.
