GATE Result 2025: The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has opened the portal for uploading GATE scores for the 2025 recruitment process. Eligible candidates can submit their GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 scores through the official website barcocesexam.in.
The deadline for uploading the GATE 2025 score is March 24, 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews in April 2025. During the training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 74,000 and additional allowances.

- Log in with your credentials.
- Upload the required GATE scorecard and details.
- Submit the form and confirm the successful submission.
BARC Recruitment 2025: Monthly Stipend and Benefits
Candidates selected for the OCES and DGFS programs will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 74,000. OCES Trainee Scientific Officers (TSOs) will also receive a one-time book allowance of Rs 30,000. DGFS Fellows will have their MTech tuition fees covered, along with an additional Rs 60,000 per year for two years. Furthermore, up to Rs 4,00,000 will be provided for MTech project expenses under the BRNS Fast Track Project scheme.
Important Notes and Deadlines:
- The last date to upload the GATE 2025 score is March 24, 2025.
- Shortlisted candidates will be announced in the first week of April 2025.
- Interview slots will be available between April 17 and April 24, 2025.
- Staying in DAE or DGFS institute hostels is mandatory during the training period.
