GPAT Intimation City Slip 2026: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, NBEMS, will releasethe  GPAT 2026 exam city slip on February 24, 2026. Candidates who want to appear for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) can download the exam Intimation city slip through the official website of NBEMS at natboard.edu.in.

The GPAT exam will be held on March 7, 2026. The exam shall be a multiple-choice questions test delivered using computers network (CBT). The question paper will comprise 125 questions of 500 marks. Candidates are required to select the correct answer out of the 4 response options provided in each question. The Examination Time allotted is 3 hrs.

Step 1: Go to the official website: natboard.edu.in.

Step 2: Click on the "GPAT 2026" section on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the link for the city intimation slip.

Step 4: Enter your login credentials (application number and password).

Step 5: Download and save the city slip for future reference.

Documents Required for GPAT 2026 Registration

Before filling the GPAT 2026 application form, candidates must keep the following documents ready to ensure a smooth registration process:

-Educational / Qualification details

-Valid ID proof

-Date of Birth certificate

-PwD certificate (if applicable)

-Passport-size photograph (scanned)

-Scanned signature

-Exam city preference

-Valid email ID & mobile number

-Debit card / Credit card / Net banking / UPI details
