Gujarat Board 2024: The Gujarat state government recently declared some major changes to the class 10, and 12 board exams pattern 2024 following a meeting headed over by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and accompanied by Education Minister Kuber Dindor and senior officials. The National Education Policy 2020 has started revisions to the GSEB Class 10, Class 12, and other test patterns.
The Gujarat board mentions that the percentage of objective questions has increased by 10%, from 20% to 30%. But the proportion of descriptive inquiries fell from 30% to 20%.
To improve their performance, class 12 science students in Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) have the option of taking one or all of the supplemental exams, which are administered from June to July. The board will pick the better of these two to move forward. In lieu of just one course, students in the general stream in class 12 have the option of taking two courses in a compartment exam.

In all, 50% of the multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the science section of the GSEB Class 12 test were kept. The remaining 50 percent of the questions will still be in the form of descriptions. There won't be any more internal choices for students. Instead, the question paper will have options and broad choices for the students to choose from.
The board has also announced the dates for the 2024 GSEB Class 10, 12 board exams. The class 12 science stream and class 10 exams would be given from March 11 to March 26, 2024, per the Gujarat Board datesheet. Students can go the official website to acquire the Gujarat board Class 10, 12 schedule.
