ICSI CS December Exam 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is all set to open the registration window for the ICSI CS December Examination 2025 today on October 23, 2025 on their official website. Those candidates who want to apply for the Company Secretaries examination will be able to register themselves by visiting the website of ICSI at icsi.edu.
ICSI CS December Exam 2025: Registration Details
The December session 2025 ICSI CS Examination enrolment window will close on October 25, 2025. The students can also submit a request for the examination enrolment with a late fee, addition of a module with late fee and exemption on the basis of their higher educational qualifications.
Students might submit a request for modifications in the examination centre, medium, module and elective subject during the given period from October 26 to November 21, 2025 till 4:00 pm. The pre-examination test will be completed by the students during the given period of deadline that is from October 11 to October 24, 2025 latest by 5.30 pm.
Application Fee:
The examination fee for executive program is Rs 1500/- per group, for professional course is Rs 1800/- per group. The late fee for the examination form submission, change of exam centre/ group/ medium/ optional subject, addition of group is Rs 250/-.

ICSI CS December Exam 2025: How to apply
Step 1. Students must visit the official website of ICSI at icsi.edu to complete the registration formalities.
Step 2. Click on ICSI CS December Exam 2025 registration link available on the home page.
Step 3. A new page will open on the screen where candidates will have to enter the registration details.
Step 4. Click on submit and login to the account with registration information.
Step 5. Fill the application form with required details and make the payment of application fee.
Step 6. Click on submit and download the page, always keep a hard copy of the form for future reference.
