 IOCL Recruitment 2025: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has officially started the online registration process for the recruitment of Graduate Engineers in Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines on their official website. The interested and eligible students can apply for the graduate engineer position by visiting the website of the IOCL at iocl.com.

 IOCL Recruitment 2025: Registration Deadline

The students must note that the application window for the registration purpose will be opened on September 5, 2025 and will remain active until September 21, 2025. Interested candidates must apply within the given period of deadline, otherwise their registration will not be accepted and they won’t be eligible for the recruitment process. 

This recruitment drive is being conducted by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) under Advertisement No. IOCL/CO-HR/Rectt/2025/01. Interested candidates must apply online through the official website of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

 IOCL Recruitment 2025: Selection Process

The recruitment process for the Graduate Engineers in Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines includes three stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): In the first stage of recruitment, candidates will be assessed in the CBT out of 100 marks.

2. Group Discussion and Group Task (GD/GT): in the next stage of recruitment, shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be eligible to participate in the group discussion.

3. Personal Interview (PI): In the last round of recruitment, those students who will qualify the Computer-based test and Group discussion will be called for the interview process.

 IOCL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates who are applying for the IOCL Engineer vacancies must hold a B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline. The upper age limit for the candidates is 26 years as of the last date of application. The students must note only those students who will attain the eligibility criteria will be able to appear for the recruitment examination. 

Steps to apply for IOCL Recruitment 2025:

Step 1. Students must visit the official website of the IOCL at iocl.com to complete the registration process.

Step 2. There will be a link for the ‘Recruitment of Engineers/Officers (Grade-A) in India Oil Corporation Limited through CBT 2025’ on the homepage.

Step 3. The system will capture a live photo of the candidate during the application process using your device’s camera. 

Step 4. A new page will open on the screen where students have to fill in correct information in the designated fields.

Step 5. After completing the form, students have to pay the online registration fee and save the confirmation page for future reference.
