IIT JAM 2026 Exam: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has opened the correction window for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2026. Candidates can enter their login credentials and then visit the official JOAPS website (joaps.iit.ac.in) to make changes. Candidates are advised to make corrections as soon as possible without wasting time to avoid last-minute server downtime and other technical issues.
The correction window deadline is open until November 10, 2025, and candidates will be able to change their category, name, date of birth, city, and paper, IIT Bombay said in an official notification. The "Add Paper" option is also now available.
IIT JAM Exam 2026: Steps To Make Online Modifications
Step 1. Interested candidates should visit jam2026.iitb.ac.in, the official website.
Step 2. To apply for IIT JAM 2026, aspirants should click the link on the homepage.
Step 3. Enter your password and registration ID to log in.
Step 4. Modify your online application form as needed.
Step 5. Upload the necessary files and, if necessary, pay the application fee.
Step 6. Verify the information again and submit the form.
Step 7. Download and print the confirmation paper for your records.

This will be the last opportunity for IIT Bombay to correct any mistakes made while filling out the application form. The option to make changes will be visible after logging into the JOAPS portal.
Candidates are advised to check their details to avoid last-minute rush. According to IIT, candidates who have successfully completed the IIT JAM 2026 registration and paid the exam fee will be allowed to make changes.
