JEE Advanced 2025 Exam Date: The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has announced the JEE Advanced exam dates 2025. According to the schedule, the JEE Advanced 2025 exam will be conducted on May 18, 2025. The complete schedule, registration, and admit dates will be issued soon at jeeadv.ac.in.

The examination will comprise two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, each with a duration of three hours. It is mandatory for candidates to appear in both papers. Paper 1 of JEE Advanced is scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM, while Paper 2 will take place from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

To qualify for JEE Advanced, candidates must be born on or after October 1, 2000. However, a five-year age relaxation is provided for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, making them eligible if born on or after October 1, 1995.

Eligibility also requires candidates to be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (across all categories) in the BE/BTech Paper of JEE Main 2025. Moreover, they must have appeared for their Class 12 (or equivalent) examination for the first time in 2024 or 2025, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

The application fee for JEE Advanced differs based on the candidate's category. Female candidates (all categories) and those belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories need to pay Rs 1,450, while candidates from other categories are required to pay Rs 2,900. For foreign nationals, including PIO/OCI candidates, the fee will be USD 90 for those residing in SAARC countries and USD 180 for those residing in non-SAARC countries.
