JEE Main Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency will likely release the final answer key today at jeemain.nta.nic.in for the Session 1 JEE Main exam 2026. The exam was held on January 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28. NTA will include all revised answers, if any, to the final answer key after resolving candidates’ objections. For each question dropped, aspirants will get bonus marks as applicable.
JEE Main 2026 was held in two shifts daily for admission to B.E/B.Tech courses across various colleges in the country.

Once the official link is active, candidates can use the following steps to download the answer key PDF from the NTA official website.
Step 1: Go to the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “JEE Mains Answer Key 2026” link.
Step 3: The PDF will be displayed on the screen.

JEE Main Answer Key 2026: How To Calculate Scores?
To calculate your scores using the final answer key and response sheet, candidates have to match the question ID and answer keys corresponding to their response sheet.
The marking scheme is explained below:
Candidates will get +4 marks for each correct answer.
-1 will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Unattempted questions will be awarded 0 marks.
For questions marked as "dropped" in your shift, add +4 marks.
Candidates must note that the final answer key will not be open for challenge. The marks you calculate will likely be the probable scores that you will get in the exam. To ensure fairness and transparency, NTA will convert the raw scores obtained across all shifts into percentiles. Based on this, the final results will be announced.
