KSET 2023 Exam: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has postponed the exam date of the KSET (Karnataka State Eligibility Test) 2023. Now the exam authority has tentatively scheduled the exam date on December 31, 2023. Earlier KSET 2023 exam was scheduled for November 26. Candidates can check the details at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
“State Assistant Professor Eligibility Test (K-Set 23) scheduled to be held on November 26 has been postponed. Executive Director of KEA S. Ramya said that a provisional date has been fixed to be held on December 31,” KEA said in a post on X.

The KSET 2023 Exam has been organised to recruit professors for various positions in colleges throughout Karnataka. This KSET 2023 exam will encompass a total of 41 subjects. The exam is scheduled to take place in two sessions including the first session will start from 10 am to 11 am and the second session will start from 12 noon to 2 pm. The question paper will consist of multiple-choice questions.
Paper 1 will contain 50 questions with a maximum score of 100 marks, while Paper 2 will consist of 100 questions with a maximum score of 200 marks. To successfully pass the KSET 2023 exam, candidates from unreserved categories must achieve a minimum of 40 per cent, whereas candidates in the SC, ST, PwD, and transgender categories need to score a minimum aggregate of 35 per cent marks. Successful candidates in the KSET 2023 exam will qualify for appointments as professors in relevant subjects at various colleges in Karnataka.
