The recruitment drive aims to fill 2,548 vacancies, including 781 Anganwadi Worker (Karyakarta) posts and 1,767 Anganwadi Helper (Sahayika) posts across the state.

MP Anganwadi Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria
Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the recruitment. Applicants must have passed Class 12 for the Anganwadi Worker post and Class 10 for the Anganwadi Helper post. Candidates should be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh and belong to the same village, ward, or project area for which they are applying. The minimum age limit is 18 years, while the maximum age is 35 years, with age relaxation applicable to reserved categories as per government rules.

MP Anganwadi Recruitment 2026: Application Fee and Salary
Candidates from all categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs118 through online payment modes such as debit card, credit card, net banking, or mobile wallet.
Selected Anganwadi Workers will receive an initial monthly salary of around Rs 9,500, which may increase to Rs 12,000–Rs 13,000 with experience.
Anganwadi Helpers will receive approximately Rs 4,000–Rs 6,000 per month, along with benefits as per Madhya Pradesh government norms.
