The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released the official notification for this recruitment, which states that the online application process will run from August 4 to August 18, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria And Age Limit

Candidates applying for MPESB Patwari Recruitment 2026 must be a citizen of India and a local resident of Madhya Pradesh, holding a graduation degree from a recognised university. A CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) certificate is required; if unavailable at the time of application, candidates must clear it within three years from the date of appointment. The age will be calculated as on January 1, 2026, with age relaxation applicable to reserved category candidates as per Madhya Pradesh government rules.

How To Apply And Application Fee?

Candidates must apply only through the online mode via the official MPESB website, registering first to obtain a login ID, then filling in the required details, uploading documents, photo and signature, paying the applicable fee, and submitting the form.

The application fee is Rs 500 for the Unreserved (UR) category and ₹250 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates from Madhya Pradesh, with an additional portal fee applicable as per rules.

Exam Date, Timing And Shift Schedule:

The written exam will be held on September 22, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across designated centres, in two shifts. For the first shift, reporting time is 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with the exam conducted from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

For the second shift, reporting time is 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with the exam held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Candidates arriving after the reporting time will not be permitted entry into the examination centre.
