NEET 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration session for the NEET 2024 on its official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. Students will be able to pay the charge via credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI till March 9. On May 5, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET 2024) for admission to medical colleges.

Candidates would need to register for the NEET 2024 using their email address and mobile number. The NTA will send all essential information and communication to the registered e-mail and mobile phone via SMS exclusively. The entire NEET (UG) 2024 application process is done online, from uploading scanned pictures and papers to paying fees and printing the confirmation page.

Candidates are urged to submit only one application form. Students will also be able to download papers such as confirmation pages, NEET 2024 admit cards, scorecards, and more via UMANG and DigiLocker. Any request to amend the question paper media, examination centre, date, or time specified on the admit card will be denied under any circumstances.

NEET 2024: Exam pattern

The NEET 2024 will have four subjects. Each subject will have two portions. Section A will feature 35 inquiries, while Section B will have 15 questions, with applicants able to attempt any 10 of them. As a result, the overall number of questions and time spent on them will remain constant.

NEET 2024 marking scheme

  • +4 marks for a correct answer

  • -1 marks for an incorrect answer
