NEET 2026 Registration: NEET UG Registration Begins At neet.nta.nic.in, Check Application Process, Fees, & Last Date

NEET 2026 Registration: The National Testing Agency has started the online registration for the UG courses on February 8, 2026, on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in. The registration deadline is March 8, 2026. Candidates vying for admission to  Medical/ Dental/ Ayurveda/ Siddha/ Unani/ Homoeopathy undergraduate courses must submit their application form before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. 

There have been changes in the NEET UG application process, such as live photo capture, Aadhaar eKYC, and selection of cities based on address or question paper medium. Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before starting the registration process.

NEET 2026 Application Process: Steps To Apply

Candidates can use the following steps to register for the NEET UG exam 2026.

Step 1: Go to the NTA official website at neet.nta.nic.in or exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

Step 2: Click on the “NEET UG Registration 2026” link.

Step 3: Enter your basic details to generate your application number and password.

Step 4: Log in using the above credentials. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and choice of exam centers.

Step 5: Upload the required documents in the prescribed format and size.

NEET 2026: Document Checklist For Registration

The National Testing Agency has issued a checklist of documents that need to be submitted while registering for NEET UG 2026. Make sure you have the following documents updated to avoid application rejection or last-minute issues. 

1. Aadhar Card: The name and biometrics on it must be updated and match your Class 10/12 certificates.

2. Category Certificates: SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificates must be issued by the competent authority. 

3. UDID Card: Mandatory for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates.

4. Digital Documents: Scanned copies of passport-size photo, signature, and thumb impression as per NTA guidelines.

NEET UG Registration 2026: Last Date
