NEET PG 2023 Counselling: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023 counselling's online registration period against the second phase will close today, August 22, at 12 noon. Candidates may register for round 2 of NEET PG 2023 counselling by logging in to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website at mcc.nic.in. The payment facility will be closed at 8 p.m.

According to a statement on the website mcc.nic.in, students can register for NEET PG 2023 again right now and up till 10 am on August 22.

According to the NEET PG 2023 counselling schedule, candidates have until 11:55 p.m. today to make their selections for round 2. The option locking window will open at 3 p.m. today and shut at 11:55 p.m. tonight.

Four rounds of NEET PG 2023 counselling are being held: rounds 1, 2, 3, and stray vacancy round. The candidates' selections made during the registration time will be used to create the NEET PG counselling merit list. On August 25, the results of the NEET PG 2023 round 2 seat distribution will be made public.

NEET PG 2023 Counselling: Important points for Round-2

- Applicants who applied for NEET PG 2023 round-1 but did not receive a seat are not obliged to reapply.

- Candidates who did not register in round 1 with full payment of fees must do so to participate in round 2.

- Candidates who withdrew their names or did not show up for round 1 need not reapply.

- If a newly registered candidate in round 2 is not given a seat, he or she may compete in round 3 without having to reapply.

- If the candidate is upgraded in Round 2, they must resign from their Round 1 seat and assume a seat in Round 2.
