NEET PG 2024 Result Live Updates: NBEMS NEET Result Declared At natboard.edu.in; Here's How To Download

The NEET PG 2024 results has issued in a roll number-based style. Each candidate who took the exam can examine their individual results by entering their roll numbers.

According to the notification, the cut-off date for eligibility to appear in NEET PG 2024 will remain August 15, 2024.

Candidates who took the NEET PG 2024 exam can access their scorecards by entering their registration number and date of birth, as listed on their admit card, on the official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in once the portal is available.

The NEET PG exam will be administered by computer-based testing (CBT). There will be 200 multiple-choice questions in the exam, and a possible 800 points overall. Four marks will be awarded for each correct response; one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

Last year, the NEET PG cut-off scores for admission to MD, MS, DNB, and Diploma programs differed by category.

-- The cut-off for applicants in the general and EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) categories was 291.

-- General-PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) students had a somewhat lower cut-off score of 274.

-- Meanwhile, candidates in the SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe), and OBC (Other Backward Classes) categories, including those with PwBD status, had an even lower barrier of 257.

The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) cut-off has been established at 50% for general/unreserved category students, 45% for students with disabilities (PwD), and 40% for students from other reserved groups.

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will release the NEET PG results using a normalisation process, as the exam was conducted in two different shifts. According to an official notice from NBE, the highest score in each shift will be set at the 100th percentile. This top score will serve as the benchmark, and all other scores will be compared relative to it. The percentile score will be calculated to seven decimal places to minimise the bunching effect.

The Health Ministry has already delayed the NEET PG test, scheduled for June 23, as a "precautionary measure. Furthermore, it was said that the choice was made in the best interests of the students and would contribute to the credibility of the exam procedure.

The preliminary exam answer key will be made available on the NBEMS official website shortly. Applicants can review it and raise complaints to any wrong answers. After analyzing the challenges, the board will publish the final solution key. Along with the findings, NBEMS will release the category-specific cut-off scores.
