NEET PG 2024 Supreme Court Hearing Latest Updates: The NEET PG 2024 Supreme Court hearing has concluded for today. Justice JB Pardiwala has instructed the counsels and representatives from the Union of India to prepare their notes for the upcoming discussions on the next scheduled date.
In the NEET PG Supreme Court hearing, officials explained that the answer key was not released due to the limited number of challengeable questions. They noted that releasing the key each year could grant students access to the complete set of exam questions, potentially compromising test security, as reported by the TOI.
The NEET PG 2024 petitioners are advocating for transparency and fairness in the exam evaluation process. Their requests include the release of raw scores and response sheets, along with detailed explanations of any changes to the exam pattern or scoring methods to ensure an equitable process for all candidates.
During the NEET PG Supreme Court hearing, it was noted that states are facing challenges in progressing with the NEET PG counselling process, leading to delays in coordinating and advancing candidate placements on a state-wise basis.
The NEET PG 2024 Supreme Court case has been postponed, leaving aspirants awaiting resolution on concerns over exam pattern changes and transparency issues. Petitioners are pressing for the release of exam materials, including answer keys and raw scores, to ensure a fair evaluation process for all candidates. The new hearing date is expected to be announced soon.
