NEET PG 2025 Good Rank Guide: With the NEET PG 2025 results set to be announced on September 3, candidates are eager to know what a “good rank” should be to secure their desired postgraduate medical seat. A good rank depends on several factors, such as category, choice of branch, and college location.

While ranks ranging from 1 to around 10,000 are generally considered competitive for top colleges, the exact numbers vary. For instance, general category candidates seeking admission to highly sought-after branches like radiodiagnosis or dermatology may have to secure a rank between the top 4,000 to 5,000. On the other hand, non-clinical branches may be available at ranks up to 30,000.
