MCC NEET PG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has extended the last date for candidates to complete the NEET PG counselling 2025 round 2 choice filling process. As per the revised schedule, the last date for candidates to enter the choices for the NEET PG round 2 allotment is December 12, 2025.

As per the official notification released by the Medical Counselling Committee, ‘this is to inform all candidates that the choice filling for Round 2 of PG Counselling 2025 has been extended and will remain open until Friday, 12th December 2025’. Candidates applying must make sure they enter all the choices in the order of preference for allotment.

Steps for NEET PG 2025 Counselling Choice Filling and Locking

Students can complete choice filling and locking process by steps below: 

Step 1: Visit MCC NEET PG website - mcc.nic.in

Step 2: Log in using your NEET PG credentials.

Step 3: Navigate to the "Choice Filling" section on the dashboard.

Step 4: Select preferred colleges and courses from the available seat matrix.

Step 5: Arrange choices in descending order of priority with the highest preference at the top.

Step 6: Save choices after each change to avoid data loss.

Step 7: Click "Lock Choices" to finalise your selection.

Step 8: Download and print the Confirmation Page for future reference.

NEET PG counselling 2025 round 2 choice filling window will now be available until December 12, 2025, at mcc.nic.in. Candidates can also enter the choices for round 2 allotment through the direct link given here; mcc.nic.in

NEET PG Counselling 2025: Why Round 2 Choice Filling Date Extended? 

The Medical Counselling Committee has extended the last date for choice filling and locking, allegedly because of the revised round 2 seat matrix. The committee has added 2620 new PG medical seats in the round 2 counselling process. Now, MCC will allot 32,080 seats in the round-2 counselling process, including 17,623 clear vacancies, 11,837 virtual vacancies, and 2,620 newly added seats.
