NEET UG Registration Extended: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration window for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG 2024) till March 16. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the medical entrance NEET UG 2024 at exams.nta.ac.in.
"In support of the student community, the registration for receiving online Application Forms for NEET (UG) - 2024 is extended," reads the official notice.
Earlier, the NEET UG 2024 application window was scheduled to close on March 9. However, the NTA extended the registration window till March 16, 2024 (up to 10:50 PM).
According to the schedule, the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2024 will be held on May 5, 2024, across the country and 14 cities outside India. The medical entrance test will be held from 2 pm to 5:20 pm. The test will be conducted in Pen and paper (offline) mode.
NEET UG 2024: Exam Pattern
The examination will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions encompassing Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology), with 50 questions designated for each subject, divided into Sections A and B. It will run for a duration of 200 minutes (3 hours and 20 minutes), commencing at 2 PM and concluding at 5:20 PM.
The NEET (UG) 2024 will be conducted in a total of 13 languages including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

NEET UG 2024 Registration: Here's How To Apply
Step 1: Go to the official website-- neet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link NEET UG 2024 on the homepage
Step 3: Fill out the NEET UG registration form
Step 4: Log into your account once complete
Step 5: Now candidates will have to fill out the application form
Step 6: Upload the necessary documents and pay the required application form
