NEET UG 2026 Registration Date:  The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the NEET UG exam 2026 till March 11, 2026. The three-day extension is granted in view of the server issues faced by the candidates. Candidates must log in to the official website and submit their application form before the last date. 

In this official notice, NTA said, “The payment of fees can be made up to 11:50 pm on March 11, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete the filling out of the form within the extended date and time. No further extension will be granted.”

NEET UG 2026 Registration: Steps To Apply

Candidates who are still left to complete their NEET UG registration 2026 can follow the given steps to apply through the official website. 

Step 1: Go to the official NTA website at neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “NEET UG 2026 Registration” link.

Step 3: Enter your basic details to register. 

Step 4: Complete your application form using the login credentials. 

Step 5: Upload all mandatory documents in the prescribed format and size. 

Step 6: Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Here is the list of mandatory documents that need to be uploaded during the NEET registration 2026.

• Passport-sized photograph

• Postcard-sized photograph

• Left and right-hand fingers and thumb impression

• Signature

• Category Certificate

• Class 10 or equivalent Pass Certificate

• Class 10 or equivalent Mark Sheet

• Class 10 or equivalent CGPA to percentage Conversion Certificate

• Identity Proof

• Address Proof (Present and Permanent)

• PwBD Certificate

• Citizenship certificate (for NRI/OCI/Foreign citizen candidates)
