Along with it, they have to pay an objection fee of Rs 50 per question (plus bank charges) and attach supporting documents to verify the queries. If an objection is found valid, the objection fee will be refunded after deducting the bank charges. Candidates must note that once the deadline is over, no challenges will be accepted.
How To Calculate Marks Using Provisional Answer Key?
Candidates must use the official marking scheme to calculate their probable marks after downloading the provisional answer key. The detailed marking criteria are provided below:
1. For each correct answer, +1 mark is awarded.
2. Incorrect response will get -1/3 (0.33) Mark.
3. No marks will be awarded for unanswered questions.
Example: If a candidate gets 72 correct and 18 wrong, the score will be (72 × 1) − (18 × 0.33) = 72 − 5.94 = 66.06 marks.
