NID DAT Prelims Exam 2024: The National Institute of Design (NID) will conduct the NID DAT 2024 prelims exam tomorrow, December 24, 2023. The NID DAT 2024 prelims exam will be executed for parts 1 and 2 from 10 am to 1 pm. The NID DAT 2024 preliminary exams will be held simultaneously across India for all aspirants. On December 12, NID released the DAT admit card 2024 at the official website of NID at admissions.nid.edu.
NID DAT Prelims Exam 2024: What to carry?
Candidates taking the NID DAT prelims 2024 exam must bring the following documents to the exam centre:
- NID DAT 2024 admit card
- Voter ID, PAN card, passport, driving license, or Aadhar card are all acceptable forms of identification.

- If candidates do not have a valid ID, they can have both parts A and B of the admit card confirmed by the principal of their current school or college or a Gazetted official.
- Calculators, mobile phones, digital watches, and other electronic devices are not permitted within the exam centre. Aspirants are recommended to review the complete NID DAT 2024 exam day instructions that were distributed with the admission card.
NID has informed candidates that they must arrange their own travel and lodging for the NID DAT 2024 prelims exam. Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kurukshetra, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Vijayawada will host the NID DAT 2024 prelims exam.
Candidates who pass the NID DAT prelims in 2024 will be able to take the Mains exam. NID DAT 2024 Mains will be held on April 27 and 28 for BDes and between March 3 and April 6 for other subjects.
