JEE Mains Session 1 Exam 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main 2024) session 1 exam beginning tomorrow, January 24. Candidates taking the engineering entrance test should bring their JEE Main admit card 2024 and a valid ID to the exam centre.
JEE Main 2024 Session 1 will be held in two shifts. The first shift runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by the second shift from 3 p.m. The NTA will only administer the test tomorrow to applicants who have applied for the BArch and BPlanning papers. Students should be aware that the JEE Mains paper 2 will be held in the second shift.
According to the timetable, JEE Main Paper 1 tests 2024 will commence on January 27. Candidates will be able to get their JEE Main 2024 admission cards from the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.
JEE Mains Session 1 Exam 2024: Things to carry
To get admission into the exam centre, candidates must provide all essential documents. Here is the list of documents necessary.
- Candidates must have a printed copy of their JEE Main 2024 admit card as well as a self-declaration (undertaking) acquired from the NTA's official website. The self-declaration form is distributed alongside the hall ticket.
- Students should bring one passport-size photograph that is similar to the one uploaded in the application form.
- Candidates must provide an original ID, such as a school ID, PAN card, driver's license, voter ID, passport, or Aadhaar card, for verification.
- Candidates seeking relief under the PwD category must have a PwD certificate issued by an authorized medical officer.
- Aspirants must carry a black or blue ball pen.
- They will also be permitted to carry a clear water bottle.
