Odisha Class 10 Board Exam 2024: The claim that English question papers from the current class 10 examinations were leaked was denied on Saturday by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha. The rejection happened after a fictitious video of a question and answer sheet in English went viral on social media.

“Twenty-four hours passed since the English examination was held but we have not received any complaint about the question paper leak. Some are trying to mislead people and us,” Board of Secondary Education Vice President Nihar Ranjan Mohanty told Careers360's reporters in Cuttack.

The High School Certificate Examination for Class 10 English question paper was allegedly leaked on Friday in the districts of Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj.

At 3,047 locations around the state, more than 5.5 lakh students are taking the matriculation test. The exams will run from February 20 to March 4. This time around, the board has installed CCTV cameras with artificial intelligence to monitor the test and nodal centres. In the meantime, the opposition BJP has held the state's mass education minister accountable for the purported anomalies in the way the exams were administered.
