JE Education Desk: 'Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam' will be officially opened on Saturday at the Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan, according to the prime minister's office. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020's third anniversary falls on the same day as the "samagam."
According to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office, the first instalment of funding from the PM SHRI Scheme would be released by the prime minister during the event.
'Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Samagam' will be officially opened by Modi on July 29 at 10 am at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan in Delhi.
To the NEP's vision for society, the schools participating in the program will cultivate kids so they grow into involved, successful, and contributing citizens. According to the announcement, the prime minister will also make education and skill curriculum materials available in 12 Indian languages.

The NEP 2020 was started to groom the youth and prepare them for leading the nation in "Amrit Kaal," according to a release. It was inspired by the prime minister's vision. It strives to keep them rooted in fundamental human values while preparing them to handle future difficulties, according to the statement.
As per the statement, the policy has brought about a significant transition in the areas of school, higher education, and skill education during its three years of implementation.
The two-day event, which will take place on July 29 and 30, will give academics, industry experts, policymakers, business representatives, teachers, and students from schools, institutions of higher education, and skill-building organizations a forum to discuss their experiences implementing the NEP 2020 and share best practices.
According to the statement, there will be sixteen sessions of the Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Samagam, during which discussions will be held on topics such as access to high-quality education and governance, equitable and inclusive education, problems facing socioeconomically disadvantaged groups, the Indian knowledge system, and internationalization of education, among others.
