PSEB Result 2024 Class 10 Out Live Updates: Punjab Board 10th Matric Result Declared At pseb.ac.in; Aditi Tops PSEB 10th Exam

Out of the candidates from rural areas who appeared in the Punjab Board Class 10 exam, a total of 183,512 participated. Among them, 179,078 successfully passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 97.58 percent.

Aditi, from Teja Singh Sutantar Memorial Senior Secondary School in Ludhiana, secured the first rank with a perfect score of 650 out of 650 marks. Her classmate, Elisha Sharma, also attained an outstanding score of 645 out of 650 marks, earning the second rank. Karmanpreet Kaur, representing Amber Public Senior Secondary School in Amritsar, clinched the third position, also with 645 out of 650 marks.

Aditi, a student hailing from Ludhiana, has secured the top position in the Punjab Board Class 10 final examination. She achieved a perfect score of 650 out of 650, obtaining 100 percent marks.

Specifically, out of the total 132,642 girls who participated in the Punjab Class 10th final examination, 130,132 of them, representing 98.11%, have passed. Conversely, out of the 148,445 boys who took the exam, 143,206, or 96.47%, have cleared it.

The PSEB Result 2024 class 10 pass percentage stood at 97.24 per cent.

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) declared the Punjab Board result 2024.

During the live press conference for the PSEB 10th result 2024, the following details will be announced: the overall pass percentage, gender-wise pass percentage, district-wise pass percentage, and the name of the topper.

Candidates would require their roll number/ roll code to check their scorecards on the PSEB portal.

In the previous year, the overall pass percentage for Punjab Board's 10th result was 97.56 per cent, marking a decrease of 0.38 per cent from the 97.94 per cent recorded in 2022. Pathankot boasted the highest passing rate at 99.19 per cent, while Barnala's pass percentage was noted at 95.96 per cent.

If a student fails, they are required to sit for the supplementary examinations. Usually, following the results announcement, the board releases the timetable for both re-evaluation and supplementary exams.
