QS World University Rankings 2026: The QS World University Rankings are considered as global rankings if the Universities conducted on an annual basis monitoring several factors like higher education analytics firm Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). These rankings aim to provide data-driven solutions to help students choose the best institutions for higher education. These rankings are based on various metrics, including academic and employer reputation, faculty-student ratio, research as well as internationalization.

The top-ranked global universities include Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, Harvard University, and many more universities across the world. Through these rankings, students will be able to choose the best University according to their preferences. 

Over 1,500 universities were ranked in the QS World University Rankings 2026, with India setting a massive record of 54 institutions and the highest number of new entrants in the list. The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Delhi leads the Indian universities, ranking 123rd globally in the list of the QS Sustainable University Rankings 2026. Sunway University was considered as the most improved university across the world, climbing over 120 positions in the QS World University Rankings 2026 list.
