JE Education Desk: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to release the notification and start the online registration for the post of Sub Inspector (Executive and GD) today, July 20, 2023, as per the SSC calendar on the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in. The last date to apply for this recruitment is August 13, 2023. This recruitment will be done for Delhi Police and Central Police Organizations (CPO) such as the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) respectively.
SSC CPO Notification 2023: Exam date and time
Candidates have to appear for the SSC CPO exam 2023, which is going to be conducted online mode, from 3 to 6 October 2023. This recruitment question paper will consist of 200 questions which include topics such as general intelligence and reasoning, general knowledge and general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English comprehension. Candidates have to complete the test in 2 hours.
SSC CPO Notification 2023: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates who are applying for the Sub Inspector in Delhi police and CAPFs should carry, Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University. Whereas, applicants who are applying for Sub Inspector (Executive) in Delhi police (Males only) should carry, A valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car) as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
The age limit for this recruitment is 20 to 25 years.
SSC CPO Notification 2023: Salary
In the Delhi Police and CAPF, the SSC CPO Sub Inspector's pay ranges from Rs. 35400 to Rs. 112400 (Pay level 6). The non-gazetted Group 'B' posts for sub-inspectors in the Delhi Police and Group 'C' posts for sub-inspectors in the CAPF. Candidates are also given extra perks and benefits in addition to a basic wage.
SSC CPO Notification 2023: Selection Process
The selection for Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi police and Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs will be done through the 4 stages namely Paper 1, PET & PST, Paper 2, and Document verification. Candidates who will pass all the stages will only select for this post.
