SSC GD Result 2024: The Staff Selection Commission will issue the SSC GD result soon. According to media reports, the SSC GD Result 2024 is expected to be declared this week or early next week. However, the official date and time are yet to be announced by the commission. Once released, candidates will be able to check and download the SSC GD Result 2024 at ssc.gov.in.
Along with the SSC GD result, the commission will also release the post-wise cut-off marks. The GD constable cut-off will be released separately for all Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), including Assam Rifles, Border Security Force (BSF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Security Guard (NSG), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
The SSC GD merit list will comprise the roll numbers and names of candidates selected for the GD Constable PET/PST round. Candidates are advised to keep checking the SSC official website for the latest updates.
The Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will take place at multiple centers designated by the CAPFs. The exact center will be communicated to candidates through their admit card.
Male and female candidates will be shortlisted state/area-wise and category-wise based on their merit in the online exam (including NCC bonus marks, if applicable) to appear for the PST/PET.

Approximately eight times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the PST/PET based on their performance in the computer-based examination. A higher number of candidates may be shortlisted for the vacancies in SSF.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 26,146 posts, with 6,174 for the BSF, 11,025 for the CISF, 3,337 for the CRPF, 635 for the SSB, 3,189 for the ITBP, 1,490 for the AR, and 296 for the SSF.
