SSC MTS Notification 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the SSC MTS 2024 exam notification shortly. According to the exam calendar, the notification for the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, initially expected on May 7, has been postponed. Once released, candidates will be able to check the SSC MTS 2024 notification at ssc.gov.in.

SSC MTS Recruitment 2024: Age Limit

For MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue) posts, candidates between 18 and 25 years old can apply.

For Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and a few MTS posts, candidates between 18 and 27 years old can apply.

SSC MTS Recruitment 2024: Exam Dates

According to media reports, the SSC MTS exam is expected to be held in October-November 2024. However, the official date is yet to be announced by the commission.

SSC MTS Recruitment 2024: Vacancy Details

The vacancies will be announced upon the release of the notification. Last year, officials announced a total of 1558 vacancies, including 1198 for Multi Tasking Staff and 360 for Havaldar positions in CBIC and CBN.

SSC MTS Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a Matriculation (Class 10th) certificate from a recognised board.

SSC MTS Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process for SSC MTS includes two phases: a Computer Based Examination (CBE) and a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST). However, PET and PST are applicable only for the post of Havaldar.

The Computer Based Examination is conducted in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages: Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
