Tamil Nadu Board Exam Time Table 2025: The Tamil Nadu School Education Department will release the Tamil Nadu 10th, 12th exam time table 2024 tomorrow, October 14, 2024. According to media reports, School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi will announce the exam dates for the academic year 2024-25. The Tamil Nadu class 10, 11, 12 exams will be conducted in the months of March and April.
Tamil Nadu Board Exam 2024 Highlights
This year, the Class 10 exams were held from March 26 to April 18, 2024, beginning with Tamil and other language papers, and concluding with the Social Science paper. A total of 8,94,264 students appeared for the Tamil Nadu SSLC (Class 10) final exam, with 91.55 per cent (8,18,743 students) passing. Among the 4,47,061 female candidates, 94.55 per cent (4,22,591 students) qualified, while 88.58 per cent (3,96,152 students) of the 4,47,203 male candidates cleared the exam, as reported by news agency IANS.

The Class 11 exams took place from March 4 to March 25, with 8,11,172 students appearing. Of these, 7,39,539 students passed. Among female candidates, 4,04,143 of the 4,26,821 girls passed, and 3,35,396 of the 3,84,351 boys cleared the exams.
The Tamil Nadu Class 12 exams were conducted from March 22 to April 13. A total of 7.72 lakh students, including 4.1 lakh girls, 3.6 lakh boys, and one transgender student, appeared for the exams. Of these, 3,25,305 boys and 3,93,890 girls passed, along with the transgender student, who also successfully cleared the exam.
