Telangana NEET PG 2024 Counselling: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences has begun Telangana NEET PG counselling registration 2024, based on the revised NEET PG cut-off percentile announced by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements must submit their application through the official website, knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
Aspirants are encouraged to sign up online and upload the necessary documents to tspgmed.tsche.in between 5 p.m. today and 6 p.m. on January 11, 2025. Telangana NEET PG provisional final merit for applied students will be determined based on their admission exam scores and other eligibility requirements. The final verification will occur throughout the admissions process at the designated college.
“This notification is for online registration for Competent Authority Quota seats only,” it clarified.
The Telangana NEET PG counselling 2024 was postponed due to anomalies in the state merit list and a new domicile rule. To be qualified for state quota seats, medical aspirants must have completed at least four consecutive years of schooling in the state. After 94 applicants petitioned the high court, the state administration was ordered to drop the new local residency requirement and allow candidates to counsel under the former standards.
Telangana NEET PG 2024: Eligibility
On January 4, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced the health ministry's decision to drop the NEET PG cut-off 2024 for the general category to 15% and for SC, ST, and PwD to 10%. The NEET PG cut-offs for 2024 have been decreased to guarantee that all seats are filled by the end of the counselling procedure.
In this regard, Telangana NEET PG counselling would also be based on lower cut-offs. All those who qualified will be able to participate in the upcoming round.
