TSPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2024: The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has started the online registration process for the Group 1 services examination 2024. The deadline to apply will be March 14, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at tspsc.gov.in.

According to the schedule, the TSPSC Group 1 exam correction window will open between March 23 and March 27. The recruitment exam is expected to be held in May or June of 2024. The TSPSC preliminary exam is expected to be issued seven days prior to the exam.

TSPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2024: Vacancy Details

This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 563 vacant seats in Deputy collector, district panchayat officer, assistant commissioner of labor, district tribal welfare officer, and other positions.

TSPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

All candidates applying for the TSPSC recruitment must submit an examination fee of Rs 120 along with the Rs 200 application processing fee. However, government employees and unemployed applicants are exempted from paying the examination fee.

“Those candidates who have earlier applied for notification number 04/2022 dated April 26, 2022 (cancelled later) and paid the fee need not pay any processing fee or examination fee again for this notification,” read the notification.

TSPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern

The TSPSC Group 1 2024 selection process comprises three rounds including preliminary, mains, and document verification. The preliminary exam consists of a single paper with 150 multiple-choice (MCQ) questions, each carrying one mark. There is a penalty of 1/3 mark deduction for each incorrect response. The preliminary exam duration is 2.5 hours. On the other hand, the main exam's paper lasts for 3 hours.
