UKPSC PCS Recruitment 2024: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) will launch an application correction window for UKPSC Lower PCS 2024 on January 10, 2025. Applicants who have signed up for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/ Lower Subordinate Services Examination 2024 can make changes to their UKPSC PCS application form on the UKPSC's official website, ukpsc.net.in.

According to the timetable, the UKPSC PCS application correction window will conclude on January 20, 2025. To amend the UKPSC PCS application form 2025, candidates must enter their login credentials, which include their registration number and date of birth.

UKPSC PCS Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection procedure for the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) PCS test is broken into three stages:

- Preliminary Examination: This stage comprises objective questions covering general knowledge, current events, and mental capacity.

- Main Examination: This stage includes descriptive papers on subjects such as General Studies and Hindi. The main exam is worth 1500 points, and students must finish it in three hours.

- Interview: Applicants who pass the main exam are invited to an interview phase. The final merit list is based on the results of both the Main Examination and the interview.

The UKPSC PCS recruiting drive 2024-25 aims to fill 113 positions in the organisation.

* Deputy Jailor: 14 posts
* Supply Inspector: 36 posts
* Marketing Inspector: 6 posts
* Labour Enforcement Officer: 5 posts
* Excise Inspector: 5 posts
* Senior Cane Development Inspector: 2 posts
* Cane Development Inspector: 6 posts
* Khandsari Inspector: 3 posts.

The UKPSC lower PCS preliminary exam comprises a single paper separated into two parts: General Studies and the General Aptitude test. The UKPSC lower PCS preliminary exam will last two hours and will consist of 150 questions worth 150 marks. The preliminary exam will be used to screen applicants and shortlist them for the final examination.
