UP NEET PG Counselling 2023: Due to the health ministry's decision to lower the NEET PG cut-off to zero for all categories, the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DMET) Uttar Pradesh has changed the timeline for the mop-up phase of UP NEET PG counselling 2023.

The mop-up round registration for the state National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2023 will start at 5 p.m. today, according to the revised timetable. By September 29 at 11 a.m., candidates can register on the official website, upneet.gov.in.

Candidates who already registered for the mop-up round of NEET PG 2023 by the previously made public timetable do not need to do so again.

Candidates who received a seat in the first or second round of the UP NEET PG 2023 exam as well as those who were admitted through the counseling process for any round of the All India quota are ineligible for the mop-up round.

It won't be necessary for unallocated candidates from the first and second rounds of the UP NEET PG 2023 who have previously paid the security money to do so again for the mop-round.

UP NEET PG Counselling 2023: Application Fees

The registration price for the UP NEET PG counselling mop-round round is Rs 2,000, and it must be paid by all eligible candidates. Candidates would need to provide a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for admissions into government colleges, Rs 2,000 for seats in private medical colleges, and Rs 1,000 for seats in private dental colleges.

“Only those candidates will be eligible for mop-up round, who have not been allotted any seat through the first and second round of counselling of UP NEET PG 2023,” the official notice read.

UP NEET PG Counselling 2023: Revised Schedule

- Online registration: September 26 to September 29

- Date of deposit of registration amount and earnest money: September 26 to September 29

- Merit list: September 29

- Online Choice Filling: September 30 to October 3

- Seat allotment result: October 5

- Downloading allotment letter and admission: October 6, 7, 9 and 10
