UPSC CDS 1 Recruitment 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will shut the application correction window for the Combined Defense Services (CDS) 1 exam tomorrow, January 8, 2025. Successfully enrolled applicants will be allowed to amend their UPSC CDS 1 application form 2025 using the UPSC's official website, upsc.gov.in.
Aspirants must utilize their login information, such as registration number and password, to make modifications to their UPSC CDS 1 application form.
The UPSC CDS 1 recruitment campaign intends to fill a total of 457 positions within the company. Out of these, 100 are designated for the Indian Military Academy, 32 for the Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy, and 293 for the Officers Training Academy.
UPSC CDS 1 Exam 2025: Exam date
The UPSC CDS 1 test 2025 is set for April 13, 2025. The UPSC CDS 1 hall ticket will be issued seven days before the exam date. Applicants will be chosen based on their performance in the written exam and the SSB interview.

UPSC CDS 2025: Changes in registration profile
If an applicant wishes to update his or her registration profile, he or she will be able to do so just once in their lifetime after registering on the registration site. According to the official website, the opportunity to update registration profile data will be available for 7 days from the next day following the closure of the application window of his/her first final application for any commission test.
"In case, the candidate after registration applies for the first time in this examination; last date of modification of Registration would be 07.01.2025", the official notification read.
UPSC CDS 2025: Changes in application form
The Commission has also chosen to extend the possibility of making amendments in any section of the UPSC CDS application form for this examination beginning the next day after the application window closes.
This window will be open for 7 days from the date of its opening. If an applicant wishes to make any changes to his or her registration profile during this time, he or she must log in to the registration site and follow the instructions. The window for application form changes cannot be used to update the registration profile.
