UPSC CDS Exam Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the final results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2024 (OTA). Candidates who took the UPSC CDS 1 exam can check and download the UPSC CDS Result 2024 PDF at upsc.gov.in.

According to the notification, a total of 590 candidates have been selected for admission to the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai. Among them, 470 male candidates will join the 121st Short Service Commission Course (Men), and 120 female candidates will join the 35th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course, both commencing in April 2025.

The result has been compiled based solely on the candidates' performance in the written test, without considering the results of the medical examination. All candidates' selection is provisional, and their verification will be conducted by the Army Headquarters in due course.

“The list of 121st Short Service Commission (Men) (NT) (UPSC) Course also includes the names of some of the candidates who were recommended earlier on the basis of the result of the same examination for admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course(s),” reads the notification.

UPSC CDS 2024 1 OTA Final Result: Here's How To Download

Step 1: Go to the official website-- upsc.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the link 'UPSC CDS 2024 1 OTA final result' on the homepage

Step 3: The UPSC CDS 2024 final result will appear on the screen

Step 4: Download the UPSC CDS 2024 final result PDF and take a printout for future reference.
