UPSC ESE Mains 2024 Marks:  The Union Public Service Commission on Thursday issued the UPSC ESE Mains Result 2024 marks of recommended candidates. Candidates who took the Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2024, can check and download the marks at upsc.gov.in.

The UPSC ESE Mains result, announced on November 23, 2024, saw a total of 206 candidates recommended for appointment. Among them, 92 are from Civil Engineering, 18 from Mechanical Engineering, 26 from Electrical Engineering, and 70 from Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. The general category has the highest number of recommended candidates (71), followed by OBC (59), SC (34), EWS (22), and ST (20).

Out of the recommended candidates, 43 have provisional candidature, with 17 from Civil Engineering, 2 from Mechanical Engineering, 6 from Electrical Engineering, and 18 from Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

Rohit Dhondge emerged as the topper, while Harshit Pandey and Laxmikant secured second and third positions, respectively.

The UPSC Engineering Services Examination was conducted in June 2024, with the interview or personality test taking place from October 7 to 25, and November 4 to 6, 2024. The interviews were held in two shifts: the first shift starting at 9 AM, and the second shift from 1 PM onwards.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 251 vacancies across various positions in the organisation nationwide.
