UPSC NDA, CDS 2024 Notification: The Union Public Service Commission on Wednesday released the UPSC NDA, CDS 2024 notification. Candidates can apply from today onwards, and the last date to register will be January 9, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I) and Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2024 at upsc.gov.in.

Candidates must pass class 12 in order to be eligible for the UPSC NDA exam. Candidates must also be graduates of an accredited university and hold a bachelor's degree in engineering in order to be admitted to the CDS. Candidates must also pass Physics and Chemistry in Class 12 along with a Bachelor's degree in order to be admitted to the Air Force Academy. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for more details. 

"The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions," reads the official notification.

The Commission aims to fill 400 vacant positions through the National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I), 2024, and 457 positions through the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2024.

UPSC NDA, CDS 2024: Here's How To Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website-- upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the link UPSC NDA or CDS (I) Examination 2024 on the homepage
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen
Step 4: Candidates will have to register and fill out the application form.
Step 5: Candidates will have to upload the required documents and make the required payment
