Madhyamik PPR PPS Result 2025: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has officially declared the Post Publication Review (PPR) and Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) results for Madhyamik 2025. This release has led to major revisions in the merit list, significantly impacting top-ranking students.

Among the most noteworthy changes, Supratik Manna from East Midnapore, who was earlier ranked fourth, has now moved up to the second position. This improvement follows a mark revision after the PPR process. With this update, the number of students listed in the top 10 merit list has increased from 66 to 75, thanks to the inclusion of nine new names.

Who All Moved Up in the Merit List?

Several students saw upward shifts in their rankings:

  • Srijan Pramanik (Malda) and Souptik Mukherjee (Bankura) climbed from 8th to 7th place.

  • Nine new students, including Debjit Laha, Antarip Maity, Chayan Roy, Samyak Das, Rupam Dikshit, Ananya Majumder, Pragyan Debnath, Sayandip Ghosh, Soham Karan, and Prerona Baidya, are now part of the merit list from ranks 8 to 10.

Massive Response to PPR & PPS Applications

This year, WBBSE received over 56,000 applications for PPR and PPS:

  • PPS (Scrutiny): 3,900 applications

  • PPR (Review): 191 applications

Following these requests:

  • Marks were revised for 2,400 students under PPS

  • 56 students received revised scores under PPR

How to Check Madhyamik PPR/PPS Results 2025

Students can access their updated results through the following steps:

  1. Visit the official result portal: result.wbbsedata.com

  2. Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth

  3. View and download the revised mark sheet if applicable

Note for schools: Institutions can download consolidated PDFs using login credentials. They must return old mark sheets and certificates of students with revised marks to the respective regional office within seven days to collect the updated documents.
