WBJEE Registration 2024: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEE) has decided to conduct the WBJEE 2024 exam on April 28, 2024. This examination is held for admission to engineering, technology, pharmacy and architecture courses. Candidates can check the WBJEE 2024 information bulletin from the official website of WBJEE at wbjeeb.nic.in.

The application procedure for WBJEE 2024 will commence in the fourth week of December, and the results will be announced in the third week of May. The exam will be administered as an OMR-based Common Entrance Examination for undergraduate admission to various West Bengal institutions and colleges.

On April 28, the WBJEE 2024 paper 1 Mathematics will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., while paper 2 physics and Chemistry will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Candidates who take both WBJEE papers 1 and 2 will be awarded a General Merit Rank (GMR) and a Pharmacy Merit Rank (PMR). Such candidates will be considered for admission to all engineering and pharmacy programs.

Note:- Candidates must provide JPG, JPEG photos of current colour photographs ranging in size from 10 to 200 KB and signatures ranging in size from 4 to 30 KB when completing the WBJEE application form 2024.

WBJEE 2024: Eligibility

Candidates who wish to apply must meet the eligibility requirements listed below.

- Citizenship: Students must be Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) with the sanction of the competent authority. Only unreserved seats in the All-India Quota (AIQ) would be available to OCI candidates.

- Qualifying exam: Students must have taken Class 12 or an equivalent examination before 2024 or be taking Class 12 or an equivalent test in 2024.

- Age limit: As of December 21, 2024, the minimum age is 17 years. A candidate must have been born on or before December 31, 2007. There is no maximum age limit for taking the exam.
