This year, the West Bengal Board has also altered the Class 12 board test schedule. As a result, the board examinations will take place between 9:45 a.m. and 1 p.m., except for physical education, visual arts, music, and vocational courses, which will last two hours.

In this context, the tests for students who have not yet taken the Class 11 exams in the academic year 2023-24 will be held on the same day, from 2 to 5.15 p.m.

The board has also directed supervisors to take the required measures for CCTV monitoring at all examination locations' access gates as well as venue supervisors' chambers (confidential rooms).

The officers have also been asked to keep the CCTV video until March 28 and present it to the board when requested. The security procedures were implemented in response to the recent board exam paper leak reports and to prevent the use of unfair tactics.
