XAT 2025: The Xavier School of Management will hold the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025 on January 5 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The XAT 2025 results will most likely be released in the last week of January 2025. The XLRI selection process for XAT 2025 involves meeting the entrance exam cut-off, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI).
The XAT admit card 2025 was released on December 26. Interested and registered applicants can download the XAT 2025 admit card from the official website, xatonline.in. The XAT 2025 cut-offs will be published once the results are declared in February 2025. The XLRI 2025 selection process will take place in February in Delhi, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, and Bangalore.
XAT 2025: Selection Process
The XLRI XAT 2025 selection procedure consists of the following:
- XAT 2025: Applicants must appear for and pass the XAT 2025 exam.
- Shortlisting: Based on the XAT 2025 cut-off scores, XLRI selects applicants for the next round of the selection procedure. Shortlisting criteria differ depending on the programme and category. The XAT 2025 cutoffs will differ for engineering, non-engineering, male, and female students.
- Group Discussion (GD) or Written Ability Test (WAT): Those selected may be requested to participate in a group discussion, depending on the programme and college.
- Personal Interview (PI): Aspirants will have to take part in the PI round. The PI evaluates their aptitude, communication skills, personality, and fit for the program.
- Final Selection: The XAT 2025 final selection will be based on a total score that incorporates the XAT score, GD performance, PI performance, academic background, and job experience (if applicable).
- Admission Offer: Candidates chosen will be notified of their admission offers and must confirm their acceptance by paying the relevant costs.
XAT 2024: Cut-off
According to the XAT 2024 cut-off, the PGDM-BM has higher cut-offs throughout all categories and sections, particularly among engineering students. In contrast, PGDM-HRM had lower cut-offs, particularly among female and non-engineering candidates.
In PGDM-BM, the mathematical ability component had the highest cut-off of any category, with 86 for male engineering candidates and 81 for female engineering students. In PGDM-HRM, the VALR portion has higher cut-offs than the other sections.
