Rajasthan Assembly Election 2023: The elections to the 200 Assembly constituencies in Rajasthan will be held in November this year. Polling in Rajasthan will be held on November 25 and the counting and results will be announced on December 3. ECI announced that polls will be held in a single phase in this state. Rajasthan currently has an Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government in the state.
Todabhim is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Rajasthan and is part of the Karauli Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Todabhim Assembly constituency falls under the Karauli Lok Sabha constituency. In 2018, this constituency was won by the Indian National Congress.
According to the Elections Commission's data in 2018, there are a total of 2,53,133 voters in the seat, which includes 1,36,411 male voters, and 1,16,722 female voters.
Todabhim Elections 2018 and 2013:
In 2018, Prithviraj of the Indian National Congress won the seat by defeating Ramesh Chand of the Bharatiya Janata Party with a margin of 73306 votes. In 2013, Ghanshyam of INC won the seat by a margin of 7,009 votes (4.88 per cent). Ghanshyam secured 35.5 per cent of the total votes polled.
In the 2018 Rajasthan elections, Todabhim recorded a voter turnout of 64.27 per cent. In 2013 the turnout was 64.14 per cent, and in 2008 it was 79.3 per cent.
