Thangalaan

Despite Netflix acquiring the digital streaming rights, Thangalaan's highly-anticipated OTT release has been shrouded in uncertainty. Initial reports hinted at a Diwali premiere on October 31, but the film failed to materialise on the platform on that date. As a result, the Tamil movie's streaming timeline remains up in the air, leaving fans eagerly awaiting an official update on when they can catch it on Netflix.

Kanguva

Kanguva, an epic fantasy action film, is set to release in 2024. Directed by Siva and produced by Studio Green and UV Creations, the film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Suriya in dual roles, Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, and several other notable actors. Notably, Kanguva marks the Tamil debut of both Bobby Deol and Disha Patani. The film's narrative revolves around Francis Theodore, a bounty hunter living in 2024, whose life becomes inexplicably intertwined with that of a child, echoing a promise made by a fierce tribal warrior to a child centuries ago, in the year 1070. 

Kanguva is expected to land on the platform roughly eight weeks after its theatrical release.

Amaran

Amaran, a highly anticipated 2024 Indian Tamil-language biographical action war film, is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by Raaj Kamal Films International in association with Sony Pictures Films India. The film boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Sivakarthikeyan as the protagonist Major Mukund Varadarajan, alongside Sai Pallavi, Rahul Bose, and Bhuvan Arora. The film's narrative is presented through the perspective of Indhu Rebecca Varghese, Mukund's wife, who recounts her husband's remarkable life as she travels to New Delhi to receive the prestigious Ashoka Chakra, which was posthumously awarded to the brave Major.

Amaran will stream on Netflix either on December 5 or 11.

Manamey

Manamey, a 2024 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy drama film, was written and directed by Sriram Adittya and produced by Ramsey Studios Production. The film stars Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles and was released on June 7, 2024. Despite receiving mixed reviews, Manamey achieved commercial success, grossing over ₹21.85 crore at the box office.

Manamey's highly anticipated OTT release on Prime Video, initially slated for August 26, was abruptly halted due to unforeseen circumstances.
