Rajpal Yadav is one of Bollywood’s most loved comedy actors, known for his impeccable timing and unforgettable expressions. Recently, he made headlines due to a Rs 9 Crore cheque bounce case of 2011. In 2010, Rajpal Yadav took a business loan from a Delhi-based businessman of a Rs 5 Crore for his directorial debut film Ata Pata Laapata, but he failed to repay him, after which the businessman filed a case against the actor.
The Delhi High Court recently reprimanded Rajpal Yadav for not showing up even after several court summons. After orders of the high court, Rajpal surrendered himself in Tihar Jail in connection with the case. Despite the legal setback, his contribution to Hindi cinema remains unmatched.
