June is expected to bring some of the most anticipated movies of the year. Some larger-than-life films are all set to release in theatres this month. Fans are eagerly waiting to watch these movies like Kalki 2898 AD to Bad Boys: Ride or Die. Here is the list of five dramas to watch in June. 

1) Kalki 2898 AD

Nag Ashwin's science fiction-action drama is all set to bang on the screen on 27th June. The movie stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Dulquer Salmaan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, Rana Daggubati and Saswata Chatterjee in prominent roles. The movie is inspired by Hindu scriptures and is set against the backdrop of 2898 AD.

2) Chandu Champion

Kabir Khan's directorial is a sports drama based on the life of an extraordinary athlete who never gave up on his life. Led by Kartik Aaryan, the movie also features Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Rajpal Yadav, Aniruddh Dave, Vijay Raaz, Palak Lalwani, Adonis Kapsalis and Hemangi Kavi in key roles. It is scheduled to be released in theatres on 14th June. 

3) Bad Boys: Ride or Die

One of the most anticipated Hollywood movies Bad Boys: Ride or Die hit the silver screen on 7th June. The movie stars a mega cast of actors including Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Paola Nunez, Jacob Scipio, Vanessa Hudgens, Tasha Smith and Joe Pantoliano in pivotal roles. Helmed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the movie is a buddy cop action comedy drama.

4.) Inside Out 2

The animated drama is back again with its sequel which will revolve around Riley’s world. It includes a talented ensemble like Maya Hawke (Anxiety), Ayo Edebiri (Envy), Tony Hale (Fear), Liza Lapira (Disgust), Amy Poehler (Joy), Adele Exarchopoulos (Ennui), Phyllis Smith (sadness), Paul Walter Hauser (Embarrassment), Lewis Black (Anger). The movie is set to release in theatres on 14th June.

5.) A Quiet Place: Day One

Directed by Michael Sarnoski, the Horror-Science fiction revolves around a woman who must survive an invasion in New York City by bloodthirsty aliens with ultrasonic sound hearing capability. The movie features Joseph Quinn, Djimon Hounsou, Alex Wolff, Lupita Nyong'o, Cain Aiden, Elijah Ungvary, and Jennifer Woodward in significant roles. It is all set to release in theatres on 28th June.
