In a pivotal scene, his character Najeeb (played by Prithviraj Sukumaran) sheds his clothes one by one before walking towards a water tank for a bath, captured intimately by the camera as he stands nude from behind.

In the movie, Sukumaran plays the role of a Malayali immigrant labourer who finds himself forced into slavery as a goatherd on a scheduled farm in Saudi Arabia. After releasing on Thursday (March 28), the South movie opened to great numbers at the box office. The film earned Rs 7.45 cr in India at the ticket windows.
As per Sacnilk.com, ‘Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life’ earned its highest box office collection in Kerala, totaling Rs 6.5 crore. The remaining collections of the total Rs 7.45 crore came from the Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi versions. With positive word of mouth, the film is anticipated to continue its growth in the upcoming days.
